Sr. Client Svc & Prod Supt Specialist (Compliance)

ADP is hiring a Sr. Client Svc & Prod Supt Specialist (Compliance) Wisely Card Fraud Disputes in our Employee Financial Solutions organization.

As a Sr. Client Svc & Prod Supt Specialist on the Disputes team, you will provide advanced subject matter expertise and second-tier support for the Wisely Card product, with a primary focus on resolving card member inquiries and addressing fraud-related concerns. In this role, you will use your technical knowledge and analytical skills to investigate issues, drive resolution, and help protect card members.

Responsibilities include ensuring ADP's compliance with regulatory and third-party requirements, knowledge of privacy and security protocols, identifying fraudulent activity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, escalating operational gaps or compliance concerns to management, participating in compliance related training and communication programs, as needed, serving as a consultant in servicing ADP's products/technologies, building relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, educating clients with ADP product & services knowledge, and providing solutions to issues and questions.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in card member or client service, fraud investigation, or technical support, hands-on experience or exposure to dispute case research tools, solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, expanded conceptual knowledge of fraud/risk discipline, ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to team projects, experience with application support or technical troubleshooting, adaptability and commitment to delivering excellent service to card members, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead projects and drive operational changes, and a visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and implement system changes.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: experience noted above, OR military experience.

Bonus points for these:
Professional certification (Payroll Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), etc). Banking terminology, handling disputes, knowledgeable with Visa and Mastercard charge back.
