Job Description:

We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support an SAP S/4 ERP Implementation program using a hybrid agile methodology. This role will partner with Release Managers to provide holistic release management capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of Release 2 (R2) and its related value.

Required Skills:

• Experience in large-scale SAP ERP technology program/project implementations.
• Strong background in data analysis using tools such as Python, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Expertise in data mining (extracting and gathering data from databases, APIs, repositories).
• Proficiency in data visualization (dashboards, reports, insights using Power BI).
• IT performance management experience (measurement, reporting, risk mitigation).
• Deep understanding of SAFe and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with enterprise agile planning tools (Digital.ai Agility, Planview Smartsheet, Atlassian Jira Align, Apptio Target process).
• 5+ years of agile development experience in leadership roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.).
• Release Train Engineer experience preferred.
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or project management certifications preferred (SA, SPC, RTE, CSM, CSP, PMI).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. leadership.
