Information Systems & Technology; IS&T Manager

Summary

The Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) Manager will ensure that manufacturing production sites are operational from an IS&T perspective, leading major manufacturing IS&T projects and defining the local IS&T roadmap in alignment with global strategy. This role partners with manufacturing leadership, regional and central IS&T teams to manage applications, infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships. The manager also leads the local IS&T support team and coordinates project delivery, testing, and user acceptance.

• Ensure operational availability and support of manufacturing applications and IT infrastructure.
• Lead and coordinate IS&T projects for manufacturing sites, including project planning, scope definition, task coordination, and UAT.
• Own monitoring, production support, and documentation of business-specific functionalities.
• Act as primary IS&T point of contact for business teams and partner with regional and central IS&T stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage IS&T budgets, work with vendors, and coordinate external resources for deployments and support.
• Define and enforce security policies and apply remediations from security audits.
• Manage and develop the local IS&T support team and provide regular status reporting to executive stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive IS&T experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven project management experience delivering major IT projects for industrial sites, including IT room setup and cabling.
• Experience with manufacturing systems and ERP implementation or support.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple regional and global projects, prepare UAT scenarios, and document testing results.
• Availability for travel;
  English required;
  French or Spanish a plus.
