Oil Filtration/Commercial Kitchen Cleaning Technician
Location: West Covina, CA Area |
Schedule: Full-Time Overnight

- Hours: Flexible overnight shift between 8:30 PM and 6:00 AM

The Role:
As an Overnight Filtration Specialist, you will service commercial kitchens (restaurants, hotels, etc.) by providing our proprietary on-site fryer management service. You will primarily be responsible for:
- Oil Filtration: Operating our Mobile Filtration Unit to micro-filter and extend the life of cooking oil.
- Fryer Cleaning: Thoroughly and safely cleaning deep fryers.
- Oil Management: Safe handling and disposal of used cooking oil.
- Safety: Strict adherence to all kitchen and equipment safety protocols.
Requirements (Must Have):
- Valid Driver's License (clean record for 3+ years).
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
