Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred One to three years of manufacturing or construction experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic math and reading-comprehension skills Ability to read a tape measure Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English Ability to use hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools Strong attention to quality and safety Job Duties Clean components using solvents and hand tools Inspect products for quality and accuracy Follow engineering and customer specifications Repair minor voids and product defects Operate hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools Load, unload, lift, and move materials Use lifting equipment when available Complete electronic records and production checklists Process blueprints, barcodes, stamps, and shipping materials Follow all quality, safety, and conduct requirements About Us At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
