We are looking for a confident, Sales Representative to join our team. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products. We are a dedicated and driven team with a focus on providing each of our customers with amazing customer service.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus. We will be willing to help license the right talent.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
