Avalon Bay Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our San Dimas, CA team. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues to keep our communities safe and comfortable for residents.
In this on-site role, you’ll respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely, quality work while upholding Avalon Bay’s safety standards and resident experience.
