This hybrid role combines expert-level carpentry with site leadership, ensuring high-quality execution from framing to finish. You'll manage daily site operations, lead carpentry crews, and coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional, detail-driven projects on time and within budget.

• Oversee and manage daily operations on residential construction and remodeling job sites
• Lead and schedule carpentry crews for efficiency, quality, and safety
• Execute high-end finish carpentry tasks including cabinetry, custom built-ins, trim, doors, and framing
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets, materials, and timelines to ensure project delivery standards
