Company Overview
General Contractor specializing in Construction Defect Litigation.
Responsibilities- Develop scopes of repair based upon site inspections, plans, documentary evidence, and photos.
- Develop cost estimates using estimating software and bids from subcontractors.
- May assist with writing Defect Reports and Cost of Repair Reports for use in construction litigation.
- Experience working with Xactimate.
- Experience working with insurance claims adjustments.
- Experience with construction methods and practices.
- Technologically savvy and able to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Construction project management or superintendent experience is a plus.
