Pay Range: $18-$23 per hour

• Passion for math and working with students
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• High School Diploma preferred

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

• Teach/tutor using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Follow-up with parents and guardians regarding students' learning progress and engagement
• Become proficient with Mathnasium educational materials, systems, and processes
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and professional learning environment
• Be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling assigned duties and obligations
• Be honest and ethical in interactions with all customers
• Instructors are expected to work at least 3 days per week aligned with instructional hours
