Position: Manager of Technical Services and Support || IP Video, IP Audio, ST-2110

An industry-leading broadcast and media technology organisation is seeking a Manager of Technical Services and Support to lead its Americas customer support function. This role will oversee technical support operations, escalations, repair processes, demo systems, and operational improvements across the region. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing technical team while driving accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-growing business.

Please note this is a fully on-site position.

  • Experience with in broadcast, media, IP video, IP audio, live production or closely related technical environments
