The Requirement Checklist

• 6 months of experience assembling wire harnesses
• Able to read blueprints
• Ability to distinguish colors (color vision required)
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and written instructions
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to interpret metric measurements
• Basic understanding of electrical components and their functions
• Ability to handle small objects and perform detailed handwork
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 1-15 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands for fine motor tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach as required

How You'll Make an Impact

• Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies using hand tools and electric tooling.
• Oversee wire cutting, wire twisting, crimping, soldering, splicing, inserting, breakout, electrical test, convoluted tubing, labeling, grease, packing, and in-process inspections.
• Assemble and disassemble products.
• Perform daily tasks at a drafting table.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
