About the Commercial Service Technician RoleWe’re looking for a dependable and versatile
Commercial Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
- Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
- Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
- Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- May be required to participate in on-call rotation.
- Has strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Can work independently and deliver high-quality results.
- Versatility across multiple trades is a plus.
- Has a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Must be technically savvy with work order systems through the use of a cellphone
