We’re one of the fastest-growing trucking and freight transportation companies in the country. We move freight through strong customer relationships, clear communication, and disciplined execution—not e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse logistics.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Orders & Appointments Coordinator to support our trucking, warehouse, and logistics operations. This position may focus more heavily on order entry or appointment scheduling, depending on the candidate’s strengths and experience.

In this role, you will ensure freight is accurately entered, properly scheduled, and fully prepared for load planning and execution. You’ll play a critical part in keeping freight moving on time by coordinating closely with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal operations teams.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You

  • Have strong customer service or sales communication skills
  • Are comfortable being a primary point of contact for customers
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Have experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or transportation logistics

This is NOT an e-commerce, warehouse, or fulfillment role. This role supports trucking and freight transportation operations. Applicants whose experience is limited to e-commerce logistics or warehouse operations may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in internal systems
  • Verify order details, documentation, and special requirements
  • Communicate discrepancies or missing information to customers and internal teams
  • Ensure freight details are correct for planning and billing
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage freight movement
  • Proactively resolve issues and keep customers informed
  • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers and warehouses
  • Confirm appointment details and maintain scheduling accuracy
  • Monitor changes and proactively resolve conflicts or delays
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams
  • Use Excel / Google Sheets and internal systems daily
Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or higher (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Proven customer service, sales, or account-facing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in trucking, freight brokerage, dispatch, or load planning
  • Customer-facing logistics or transportation experience
  • Experience working with shippers, carriers, or internal sales teams
