Staff Accountant

• Produces quality, accurate and timely monthly financial statements by preparing GAAP monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Records bank reconciliations monthly
• Prepare period end financials by creating required G/L entries and accruals
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Support multiple branches by providing financial insights and relevant reporting
• Prepare sales and use tax returns, perform tax table maintenance
• Assist with annual budget process

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is a plus
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
