Natalie Lue with Robert Half San Francisco is partnering with a growing small business to hire a full-time Bookkeeper.

About the Role

The Bookkeeper will manage client records, reconciliations, financial statements, and year-end packages. The position is five days a week onsite in San Francisco!

Responsibilities

+ Manage client records

+ Perform reconciliations

+ Prepare financial statements

+ Compile year-end packages

Required Skills

+ Proficiency with Quick Books

+ Proficiency with Excel

+

Experience with payroll software (e.g., Gusto, ADP, or Paychex)

Requirements

2+ years of bookkeeping experience

Accounting or related degree

Ability to work onsite daily in San Francisco
