A company is looking for a Revenue Contract Review Accountant to join its dynamic accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document customer agreements to ensure proper revenue recognition in line with internal policies and ASC 606 Conduct detailed contract reviews and summarize key revenue elements, supporting revenue allocations and preparing journal entries Collaborate with internal teams and participate in monthly revenue-focused tasks, contributing to audit readiness and recommending process improvements
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in revenue accounting with a strong understanding of GAAP and ASC 606 principles Experience in public accounting or within publicly traded tech firms is preferred Direct experience in reviewing revenue contracts and applying revenue recognition principles CPA or eligibility preferred Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and data analytics platforms
