Hybrid Commercial Real Estate & Grants Accountant

A mission-driven affordable housing developer in San Francisco is seeking a Commercial & Grants Accountant to oversee property accounting and grant-funded programs. The successful candidate will manage accounts payable, track tenant billing, and ensure accurate financial reporting while collaborating closely with the Asset Management and Finance teams. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in commercial real estate or property accounting, and familiarity with Net Suite is strongly preferred.
