Interim Senior Accountant

Our client, a technology company, is seeking an Interim Senior Accountant to support its corporate accounting function during a period of increased workload.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week. This engagement has an expected duration of 2-3 months.

• Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, reviewing account activity, and assisting with period?end deliverables
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Assist with operational accounting activities related to software and technology-based expenditures
• Contribute to audit preparation efforts, including gathering documentation and supporting external auditor requests
• Provide general ledger support and assist with ad hoc projects within the accounting team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a fast-moving or growth-oriented environment
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and operational accounting processes
• Experience supporting financial audits or audit?related requests
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with modern ERP/accounting systems
