Real Estate Investment And Development Platform Accountant

My client is a rapidly growing real estate investment and development platform with a proven track record of executing large-scale development projects across multiple asset classes. What You'll Do

Corporate & Construction Accounting

  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Support construction accounting activities, including job costing, budget tracking, contract management, change orders, and funding sources.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost reports.
  • Process construction-related billings and vendor invoices.
  • Partner with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
  • Assist with preparing monthly lender draw packages and supporting documentation.
