Responsibilities

• Full scope fund accounting across multiple real estate investment entities
• Quarterly closes, financial reporting, audits, and technical accounting under GAAP and IFRS
• Cash management, capital calls/distributions, debt compliance, and waterfall modeling
• Direct partnership with investment, asset management, and investor relations teams
• Oversight of outsourced accounting teams with a focus on upgrading processes and controls
• Support for acquisitions, financings, valuations, and complex transaction activity
