We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Operations & Bookkeeping Coordinator to be a true operational partner to ownership — someone who catches problems early, keeps finances accurate, and helps the business run smoothly every day.

This is a hands‑on role with real variety: bookkeeping, purchasing coordination, vendor communication, and operational follow‑through. As part of a small team, you’ll occasionally pitch in on the showroom floor or help with shipping and receiving when needed — the kind of flexibility that keeps a small business running. Requirements
  • Quick Books Online – strong working proficiency
  • Excel and Office 365 – strong skills required
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and operations experience
