Asia Live is hiring an experienced Corporate Administration Assistant to work closely with operations and a 3rd party accounting firm. This role involves various accounting functions such as accounts payable reconciliation, budgeting, financial reporting, and more. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting or a related field, and be proficient in Excel and pivot tables.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts payable reconciliation and administration
- Bank reconciliation
- Cash management and forecasting
- Financial reporting and cost analysis
- Assist with H.R. and employee benefits administration
- Payroll processing and administration
- Prepare weekly operations reports
- Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in restaurant/hospitality/retail
- BA or AA in Accounting or related degree preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel and pivot tables
- Passion for accounting and hospitality
- Flexible work schedule and ability to travel
- Worked mostly in the main office in San Francisco
- Must be able to drive and travel to Santa Clara location
