Accounting Positions Available

• Review and assess AI‑generated financial work products for accuracy and rigor.
• Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations to support organizational financial objectives.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Oversee purchasing, banking, financing, and other financial department activities.
• Assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and client account management.
• Participate in quality control auditing and general tax regulation compliance.

Candidate qualifications may include:

• Experience as an AP/AR Clerk, Accounting Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and industry‑specific regulations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with financial software and spreadsheet modeling.
• Educational background in accounting, finance, or related field.

Compensation and work arrangements vary by position:

• Hourly rates range from $12.00 to $80.00 depending on role and experience.
• Some roles are remote, while others are on‑site in locations such as Bakersfield, CA or statewide California.
• Annual salaries are listed as needed (e.g., $90,000.00 for certain managerial positions).
