Senior Corporate Accountant

Duration: 3+ months (immediate start; priority through Q2 close)

Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Interim Senior Corporate Accountant to support their accounting team during a critical Q2 close period. This role requires someone who can step in immediately, operate with minimal ramp time, and own key close and reconciliation activities.

The ideal candidate brings strong Net Suite experience and familiarity with Numeric (close management tool), and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving processes.

• Own and execute core month‑end close tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of reconciling items
• Support Q2 close execution, working closely with the accounting team to meet reporting deadlines
• Assist with GL maintenance and multi‑entity accounting within Net Suite
• Leverage Numeric (or similar tools) to track close progress, manage reconciliations, and improve close efficiency
• Provide hands‑on support across accounting functions (AP, accruals, prepaids, intercompany, etc.) as needed
• Help identify and streamline close and reconciliation processes where possible

• 5+ years of accounting experience (Senior-level minimum; Manager-level candidates welcome)
• Net Suite (required)
• Month-end close and GL accounting
• Account reconciliations and accruals
• Experience with Numeric (highly preferred) or other close management tools (e.g., Flo Qast, Black Line)
• Proven ability to hit the ground running in a new environment
• Comfortable working hands‑on with minimal oversight in a fast-moving team
