Job Type: Full-time

• Participation in the entire accounting process for multiple business entities using Quick Books Online
• Accounts Receivable includes collection related emails
• Invoicing and Accounts Payable, including use
• Preparing bank and credit card accounts reconciliations, resolving reconciling items, and preparing accounting statements and reports
• Additional accounting tasks as assigned
• Integral part of the monthly close process, ensure compliance with monthly close calendar
• Prepare month-end journal entries, GL consolidation, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Prepare monthly close package, analysis, and financials
• Assist in drafting year-end financials, footnotes and other schedules
• Pro-actively seek out process improvements; continuously make recommendations for improvement and implement agreed upon changes.

• Must be keen to learn new technology and big on continuous improvement
• Master’s degree in accounting
• Master’s degree in accounting with CPA license
• 2 years relevant accounting experience required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience, mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience preferred
• Strong grasp of GAAP and applies throughout all the daily tasks
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Self-starter, strong discipline and high integrity
