Job Summary
LHH Recruitment is working with one of our clients to fill a Staff Accountant position at the corporate office in San Francisco, CA. This is 100% in-office. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience as an Accountant and will assist with the month‑end close, month‑end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit‑card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and other projects as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, debits and credits
- Strong understanding of reconciliations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with a medium to large ERP system (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, reliable, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, quick learner, and problem‑solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of 3 years as a Staff Accountant, Accountant or Full‑Charge Bookkeeper
- Temporary employment (3–4 months)
$34.00 to $39.00 per hour
