Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Staff Accountant position at the corporate office located in San Francisco, CA. 100% in‑office. The role involves assisting with month‑end close, handling month‑end adjustments, bank reconciliations, journal entries, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, audit preparation, and other projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals, debits and credits
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with a medium to large ERP system preferred
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail, quick learner, and problem‑solver
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant (or Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper).

Temporary (3/4 months)

$34.00 to $39.00 per hour
