You will handle rental transactions, month-end close, GL analysis, interfund reconciliations, and internal audits under the supervision of the Associate Director of Property Accounting.
Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, overseeing accounts receivable and tenant billing, and supporting audits.
