Staff Accountant

About the Opportunity

A growing real estate organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting operations and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records
• Review revenue and expense transactions for accuracy
• Partner with property management and operations teams on accounting matters
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate or property management
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
