About
The Role
The role leads the core accounting function, ensuring financial integrity, rigorous US GAAP compliance, and seamless execution of month-end close processes.
You will partner with finance, executive leadership, and external auditors to maintain robust internal controls under SOX and deliver accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in Net Suite
- Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP, SOX internal controls, and SEC reporting frameworks
- Supervise revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Coordinate annual financial audits and tax filings with external CPA firms
- Analyze financial variances, prepare executive reporting packages, and present findings to leadership
- Implement scalable accounting systems and automated workflows to improve close efficiency
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and high-growth technology companies
- Active CPA license required
- Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement preparation
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as Net Suite and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing accounting teams
- Bonus:
Experience with IPO readiness, SEC reporting, or multi-entity global operations
