Senior Accounting Manager - Order-to-Cash

We're seeking a Senior Accounting Manager with 9+ years of progressive accounting experience to own and scale the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) function at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the market. • Build for Scale: Take ownership of the entire Order-to-Cash function and help develop the financial infrastructure needed to support continued hypergrowth and future IPO readiness.

• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and revenue recognition.
• Design and optimize revenue workflows across Tabs
  , Stripe
  , Campfire
  , Net Suite
  , and Salesforce
  .
• Lead the monthly revenue close with a target of completing the process within five business days.
• Perform three-way reconciliations between Salesforce, Tabs, and Campfire while preparing audit-ready variance and flux analyses.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for ASC 606
  , preparing technical accounting memos related to:
• Usage-based revenue
• Multi-element arrangements
• Contract modifications
• Deferred commissions
• Lead the company's second AICPA audit (FY2027) while helping prepare the organization for future PCAOB compliance.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance leadership, and executive leadership to evaluate billing structures, pricing changes, and revenue treatment for new products.
• Continuously improve systems, controls, and processes to support a rapidly scaling business.

• 6-9+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least four years supporting a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company (Series B-D preferred).
• Deep expertise with usage-based billing platforms such as Tabs (preferred),
  Maxio
  , Chargebee
  , Zuora
  , or Stripe Billing
  .
• Extensive experience applying ASC 606
  , including drafting and defending technical accounting memorandums with external auditors.
• Experience serving as the primary internal contact managing Big Four or regional audit firms.
• Strong systems mindset with the ability to build scalable accounting processes.
• Passion for leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and automate accounting workflows.
