Natalie Lue with Robert Half partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team.
This role reports to the Controller and offers a mix of accounts payable, general accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle accounts payable, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expense accounting
- Monthly account reconciliations and month-end close support
- Annual audit and compliance support, including 1099 processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Cross-functional collaboration with both finance and non-finance teams
