Senior Corporate Accounting Manager - Hypergrowth AI Technology Company - Onsite

We are partnering with a hypergrowth AI technology company to identify a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to join its expanding finance organization. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP, Corporate Controller, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to influence accounting operations in a rapidly scaling environment.

Position Overview

The Senior Corporate Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This role will lead the close process, support audit activities, and provide technical accounting guidance, while also driving process improvements to support the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee US GAAP financial reporting, including consolidated financials and account reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and drive process improvements
• Prepare and review reporting packages, including cash flow and variance analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
• Partner cross-functionally on technical accounting matters (acquisitions, equity, stock-based compensation, etc.)
• Maintain accounting policies and ensure compliance with new standards
• Review contracts for accounting implications
• Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance
• Lead external and internal audits and act as the primary auditor contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
• Public accounting or advisory experience
• 12+ years of overall accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with technical accounting areas
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or Oracle
• Experienced with leading close processes and managing audits
• Experience in a high-growth or technology environment is highly preferred
