Accounting & Finance Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Accounting & Finance Manager to manage daily financial operations and collaborate closely with leadership on budgeting and forecasting. This role requires 3+ years of professional accounting experience, excellent Excel skills, and a demonstrated interest in AI tools. This direct hire opportunity is in San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work environment. The anticipated salary is between $170,000 - $210,000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Lead month-end close procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports for leadership
- Assist with budgeting and prepare financial models to support data-driven decision making
- Ensure accurate tax registrations and filings
- Respond to investor and audit inquiries
- Design and implement improvements to accounting processes, including building AI assisted automations
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software, Quick Books Online experience a plus
- Hardware & equipment accounting experience
- Demonstrated interest in AI tools
- CPA preferred
