- Legacy Golden Touch in Richmond, TX is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team! • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and bookkeeping entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports
• Prepare and manage payroll processing for staff
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking
• Generate financial statements and reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation

• Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience in the automotive or service industry is a plus
