Natalie Lue with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented accountant with a degree in accounting, finance, or business and strong Quick Books experience to work onsite in a beautiful SF Financial District office.

Join a respected professional services firm where you'll play a key role supporting accounting operations, billing, accounts payable, and financial administration working alongside a solid finance and accounting team and reporting to a controller.

What you'll do:

• Process accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately in Quick Books
• Prepare check runs and maintain supporting documentation
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile transactions
• Assist with billing by reviewing time and expense entries for accuracy
• Support employee expense reporting and travel-related accounting processes
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor discrepancies
• Maintain organized accounting records and generate reports as needed

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field

2+ years of accounting, AP, billing, or bookkeeping experience

Strong Quick Books proficiency required

Professional services experience preferred (legal, consulting, architecture, engineering, etc.)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
