Summary: Own the financial reporting process for real estate funds and other SPEs.
Basic info:
- Real estate investment firm founded in 2001, focused on housing & sustainability.
- Report to the Associate Director (big 4 alum & CPA).
- Total finance team of nearly 20 (tax, accounting, etc.).
Requirements & more:
- Approximately 4-6 years of experience.
- Open profile: CPA leaving public accounting from audit; a combination of public accounting & industry experience; or a real estate industry accounting manager.
- Must have asset management/real estate exposure.
- Motivated professional with a passion for real estate. Take pride & ownership in your work. Collaborate with a strong accounting management team.
- Proven path to promotion.
- Advanced Excel skills required;
Yardi knowledge a plus but not mandatory.
