Audit Associate

• Deliver audit and other assurance services to privately held and publicly traded companies
• Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and respond to questions
• Perform substantive testing on client balance sheets and income statements
• Test internal controls for deficiencies and discuss improvement recommendations
• Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs
• Network and build strong internal and external relationships with clients
• Build work relationships while gaining valuable experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related degree in business
• Sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the state being considered
• Outstanding academic performance required
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
• Demonstrated time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
