We are a high-growth, venture-backed enterprise software platform leveraging advanced machine learning to automate technical workflows for modern engineering teams. Operating at extreme scale across commercial and regulated industries, our technology processes massive volumes of critical infrastructure code for thousands of organizations globally.

As we continue to expand, we are bringing our core financial operations in-house and hiring an exceptional Controller. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will lead the transition from external advisory support to an internal, audit-ready accounting function, spearhead the adoption of next-generation financial software, and build the foundation for our long-term accounting organization.

• Build from Ground Zero:
  Ownership over establishing the company’s internal accounting infrastructure from scratch with a direct trajectory toward long-term finance leadership.

• Financial Close & Operations:
  Direct monthly and quarterly close cycles, variance reporting, financial statement preparation, and core accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, and treasury).
• Revenue Accounting:
  Oversee complex ASC 606 revenue policies for SaaS subscriptions and usage-based contracts.
• Technical Accounting:
  Craft technical memos and establish positions across equity, software capitalization, leases, and complex enterprise deals.
• Systems & Infrastructure:
  Lead the implementation of an AI-native ERP system and handle cloud/compute expenditure accounting.
• Compliance & Audit:
  Manage corporate tax filings, state registrations, and R&D credits, while preparing the organization for its inaugural external audit.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership (Controller, Assistant Controller, or Sr. Accounting Manager) in high-growth tech.
• Active CPA required, with foundational Big 4 audit experience.
• Deep mastery of ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription and consumption-based business models.
• Proven track record leading ERP implementations, owning the close, and managing external audits.
• Tech-forward professional actively using AI and modern automation tools to optimize workflows.
