We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a contract engagement supporting a high-volume billing environment in San Francisco, California. This role is ideal for someone who can manage invoicing with accuracy, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position focuses on translating contract details into billing activity, resolving discrepancies, and helping maintain smooth revenue operations in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Generate a large monthly volume of customer invoices with a strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
• Review contract documentation and enter billing information into Net Suite Suite Billing to ensure orders are set up correctly.
• Interpret complex order forms and billing terms to support accurate invoicing across a high-transaction workload.
• Partner with Sales Operations to investigate inconsistencies and confirm billing data aligns with contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with the Revenue team by preparing billing records for review and addressing issues that may affect invoice accuracy.
• Maintain dependable execution of recurring billing tasks while managing deadlines during peak invoicing periods.
• Support daily accounts receivable activities by validating data, monitoring billing workflows, and helping keep records organized.
• Contribute to billing process continuity in a recently implemented Suite Billing environment by following established procedures and identifying errors promptly.
