Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Administrator to ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support to senior executives. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, professional, and eager to create a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, meeting rooms, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain health & safety compliance and office standards.
  • Provide administrative support to executives (COO, CFO, Head of Capital Markets, General Counsel).
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and event coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
