Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Administrator to ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support to senior executives. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, professional, and eager to create a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, meeting rooms, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain health & safety compliance and office standards.
- Provide administrative support to executives (COO, CFO, Head of Capital Markets, General Counsel).
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and event coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a team-player mindset.
