Executive Assistant to Partner - Investment Firm
Our client, a private investment firm with an impressive portfolio, seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to join their stellar administrative team in support of a Partner with supplemental support to a Principal. This role will provide daily administrative, scheduling, and travel coordination support, while acting as a superb representation of the firm. The ideal candidate has experience working in an administrative support role in finance or tech.

Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner and streamline Partner's day to day
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Arrange travel – both international and domestic
- Respond to urgent need outside of traditional business hours, as needed
- Reserve conference rooms, order catering, and prepare meeting materials
- Process expense reports
- Upkeep internal CRM system
- Process expenses
- Assist with firm-wide event planning
- Maintain strong and collaborative relationships across the organization
- Provide additional support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as needed
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- EA support experience in finance or tech highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Team-player mentality and happy to work alongside a strong administrative team
- Ability to respond to action items outside of traditional business hours as needed
- Polished & professional communication style
- Adaptable and versatile nature
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
