Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team and events initiatives. This hybrid role blends high-level administrative support with hands-on event support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excels in fast-paced environments. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across executive support, sales operations, and marketing events, with opportunities for national travel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documents aligned with business goals.
  • Complete administrative tasks in the San Francisco office, including gathering mail and booking conference rooms.
  • Support business development in San Francisco.
  • Support event planning and execution. Travel is required for this role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in event/marketing coordination.
  • Experience in sales or financial services is a plus.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and event management software.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and work evenings/weekends for events as needed.
  • Creative thinking and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Hybrid work environment.
