Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team and events initiatives. This hybrid role blends high-level administrative support with hands-on event support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excels in fast-paced environments. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across executive support, sales operations, and marketing events, with opportunities for national travel.
Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documents aligned with business goals.
- Complete administrative tasks in the San Francisco office, including gathering mail and booking conference rooms.
- Support business development in San Francisco.
- Support event planning and execution. Travel is required for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in event/marketing coordination.
- Experience in sales or financial services is a plus.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and event management software.
- Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and work evenings/weekends for events as needed.
