Responsibilities- Calendar Management:
Proactively manage and maintain the CEO's dynamic calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel. - Communication Hub:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming requests, emails, and phone calls. - Meeting Preparation:
Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings. Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items. - Travel Coordination:
Arrange and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. - Event Planning:
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and team off‑sites. - Information Management:
Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records. - Project Support:
Handle special projects and assignments as needed, ranging from research to operational tasks.
- Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C‑level executive in a fast‑paced technology or startup environment. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and project management tools. Experience with CRM software is a plus. - Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor. - Organizational Prowess:
Superior organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail.
