Location(s): San Francisco, CA
Role OverviewThe Practice Coordinator II supports outpatient therapy operations through front-desk and patient-facing responsibilities. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and scheduling skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out.
- Patient-facing support and customer service.
- Appointment scheduling and clinic coordination.
- Insurance verification and authorization processing.
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Collaboration with therapists, providers, and administrative staff.
- Supporting clinic workflow across multiple therapy units on the same campus.
Approximately 30 patients per day
Required /Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an outpatient (OP) clinic strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and patient service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable managing a busy front desk environment.
- Candidates trained on Apex are strongly preferred.
- Role may require flexibility to support different therapy clinics within the same campus
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (No weekends).
