This is a part-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to leadership, manage schedules, prepare expense reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions. Duties also include organizing communication and correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization.
Qualifications- 1+ year of experience in human resources, executive support, or administrative operations
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage workflows and competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience in a mission-driven or nonprofit organization preferred
