Executive Assistant & Workplace Experience Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary: $100k - 130k + Benefits + Bonus
Schedule: 5 days onsite

The OpportunityWe’re seeking a high‑energy, ambitious, hyper‑organized professional to serve as Executive Assistant & Workplace Experience Manager.
You will be:
- A strategic partner to the CEO
- The operational heartbeat of our San Francisco headquarters
- A culture carrier who helps shape the daily experience of our team
- Strategic Calendar Leadership
- Meticulously manage the CEO’s complex schedule across firm and portfolio responsibilities, as well as personal commitments. Act as a proactive gatekeeper—structuring time for sustainable performance, preparation, and recovery.
- Travel & Logistics Mastery
- Own end‑to‑end travel coordination (domestic and international), from detailed itineraries to last‑minute pivots. You operate calmly and independently when plans change.
- Proactive Executive Support
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to deeply understand leadership preferences and priorities. Anticipate needs before they arise and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for every engagement.
- Office Operations & Experience
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of our San Francisco headquarters. Maintain an organized, welcoming, fully functional space. Manage building relationships and vendors. Coordinate team lunches and gatherings that foster connection and culture.
- Marketing & Event Logistics
- Provide administrative and coordination support for internal and external events.
- Teamwide Impact
- Serve as a flexible, high‑agency resource across the team—whether researching vendors, supporting operational sprints, or stepping into new initiatives with confidence.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role with the tech or finance industry
- Hold a bachelor's degree
- Professionally upbeat, resilient, and known for bringing “good vibes” into a room
- Ability to work successfully in an unstructured environment
- High‑agency—you see issues and solve them without waiting to be told
- Service‑oriented, with strong emotional intelligence and discretion
- Exceptionally detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Proficient with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, scheduling platforms) and quick to learn new systems
