Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our CEO and other senior executives. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate and plan company events and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Manage expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO, such as booking personal appointments and managing household tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
