As our Operations Coordinator
, you will be the heartbeat of our SF office, the driving force behind a seamless and high-performance work environment. This is a hands-on role where you will own the daily operations of our office, ensuring our team has everything they need to move fast and build the future of financial crime compliance.
You will work directly with leadership and teams across the company to manage our workspace, coordinate events, and build the operational foundation that allows our team to focus on our mission. Your work will directly impact team productivity, morale, and our ability to scale as a high-growth AI company.
What You'll Do- Manage the daily office environment to ensure our workspace is organized, professional, and optimized for high performance.
- Coordinate our daily catering and snack program, serving as the primary point of contact for all food vendors.
- Partner with leadership to plan and execute internal events, happy hours, and team celebrations.
- Act as the facilities liaison with building management, handling maintenance requests and ensuring office security.
- Assist with the onboarding logistics for new hires, including desk setup and welcome materials.
- Provide general operational support to the leadership team as the company grows, proactively identifying and solving challenges before they impact the team.
Must-Haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in office operations, hospitality, retail management, or a similar administrative role.
- Unwavering reliability—you take pride in being the person everyone can count on to get things done.
- A natural problem-solver who can handle unexpected issues calmly and quickly.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with everyone from the CEO to external contractors.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs), and basic project management tools.
- A high-energy and proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech company environment.
- A background in event planning or hospitality.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
- A passion for creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
